Terms of Agreement 1. You agree that you understand RRNW is just a referral service and is not responsible for the accuracy of information received about the temperament, habits or physical condition of cats available for adoption. 2. You agree that you understand it is your responsibility to see and evaluate the cat for yourself before agreeing to adopt. RRNW recommends the adopter have the cat examined by a Licensed Veterinarian within seven days of the adoption date, at adopter's expense, and to immediately return the cat if the Veterinarian finds the animal has a terminal or life-threatening health problem, unless the Adopter agrees to assume all costs of treatment. RRNW makes no guarantees about the health, quality, or condition of the adopted cat or kitten. 3. You agree that you understand that RRNW is in no way liable or responsible for any damage, accident, or injury resulting from the placement of a cat into your household. 4. RRNW does charge adoption fees for cats placed in new homes to help recover expenses. The adoption fee varies for young healthy cats, reduced or waived fee for elderly cats, which covers the costs of items such as spaying/neutering, vet-checking, vaccinations, and de-worming etc. 5. Concerning the adoption application:       a. Your adoption request is just a preliminary interest application and in no way implies or guarantees that you will get to adopt a cat from RRNW.       b. You acknowledge that all of the information you have provided on the adoption application is true and complete. You agree to allow this cat or kitten to reside in your home as a pet. You agree that you will provide it with quality food, water, indoor shelter, affection, annual physical examination and vaccinations under the supervision of a Licensed Veterinarian.       c. You acknowledge and understand that your application will remain on file for 6 months. And then after that time you must resubmit your application.       d. You agree and verify that the information you have provided in the application is true and correct, and that RRNW members have your permission to contact and verify your references.       e. Ragdoll Rescue NW reserves the right to refuse an adoption request or application due to any reason and/or information Ragdoll Rescue NW does not agree with or finds inappropriate and claims no obligations for explanation.       f. You understand and agree that if you refuse to answer any questions, either at all or fully, that this will limit your ability to adopt with RRNW and or void your application or request to adopt. All questions on this application are required and are a must when considering adopting a RRNW kitty.
